We had a very prompt response from the firm in answer to our inverter being off line. Josh came out to help with our sunsync inverter. He was cheerful, polite and very respectful of our home. He was extremely patient in trying to resolve our issues and due to the sunsync platform being down he had to come the next day to resolve our issue. A very good experience all through the process. First contact with Adrian was good , he explained everything about the process. Also had contact with Jayne and Tania during and after the installation and answered any questions I had . Liam Tony and Sam did our installation and were very professional and friendly throughout and also answered any questions we had . We are already saving money on our electricity bill.
